1. Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes! Many of our pieces can be made in yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold at no extra cost. Each piece is lovingly handcrafted just for you.

2. How long will it take to get my jewelry?
Most pieces take 4–8 weeks to handcraft. If your item is already ready, we’ll let you know so you can pick it up from our studio in Brampton, ON.

3. Where can I pick up my order?
All orders are available for pick-up at:

4. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Since most of our jewelry is made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

5. How do I find my ring size?
To find your ring size, wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimeters. Compare this measurement to a ring size chart, or use a ring you already own by measuring its inner diameter. For the most accurate fit, visit a jeweler to get professionally sized.

6. How do I care for my jewelry?
Follow our Jewelry Care Guide for sterling silver, plated, and cubic zirconia pieces. Always store your jewelry safely, and put it on after makeup, perfume, and hair products to keep it sparkling.

7. Can I layer your jewelry?
Absolutely! Our pieces are designed to mix, match, and layer for your perfect everyday style.

8. Can I wear my jewelry in water?
We recommend avoiding pools, hot tubs, and showers, as water and chemicals can damage your pieces over time.

9. Will the gold plating fade?
With proper care, your rhodium or gold-plated pieces will last beautifully, but some fading over time is normal with daily wear.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We can beautifully wrap your jewelry for gifting - perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion.
