If you experience an issue, please email us at info@kdandcojewelry.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and our team will be happy to assist. Please note that any jewelry that has been resized or altered by another jeweler, or shows unusual wear, is no longer covered.

While we will do our best to repair damage caused by pools or hot tubs, we recommend avoiding wearing your jewelry in these environments. Items intentionally damaged or affected by normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
